“ This is our favorite breakfast spot. The staff are always super friendly and quick. The food is always excellent and it is extremely well priced. The place is small but spacious, which is great as it has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The wake-up bagel is great and their corn beef hash is excellent too. ”
“ What a great find in old Saybrook! Stopped here for a quick work lunch break with my husband. We both got the gyro platter. Some of the best I've had in a long time flavors were on point. The platters also came with small Greek salads that had a nice big heaping of feta. It was quite tasty . Everything was fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. ”
“ Hearty breakfast with lots of options. Busy for a weekday morning. Good service and ambiance. ”
“ Such a great find! It's now our go to place when visiting Old Saybrook. Portions are a nice size, food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly. Small but cozy. ”
“ I just had the best breakfast sandwich ever from here- cute place + staff was super sweet! The croissant was buttery and perfectly toasted, the hashbrown had just the right amount of crunch to it, cheesy eggs topped with juicy turkey bacon, delish!!!! ”
“ Looking for a good breakfast or tasty lunch? You need to stop by Mirsins's. The menu is varied, the food well prepared and the prices reasonable. Their Greek specialties are excellent. Love their B L T's The service is friendly and efficient. The decor is simple with an overall small town feel. ”
“ Small quiet shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The place was clean and the staff friendly. You could tell the food was made fresh to order. I loved the classic egg salad sandwich. The watermelon feta salad was big enough for two. My kids enjoyed the bacon, chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese. We will definitely be back. ”
“ Got breakfast from here one morning just take out so I can't really say much else. It was good. One of my favorite breakfasts we had on vacation. ”
“ My wife wanted to try Mirsina's for breakfast after walking by last year and eyeballing someone's pancakes, so we finally made it there this week. The restaurant is small and it was very busy. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for a table, which is a good sign when eating out. Our waitress was a bit overwhelmed, so it took her a while to get to us. We weren't in a rush so not a big deal, although it might have been for some. Three of us total. One had a blueberry muffin. Second person had a pancake with walnuts and coffee, and I had a 3 egg omelet with veges that came with home fries and toast. I skipped the toast and added a side of corned beef hash. All were good...average I guess. My meal wasn't hot so guessing my overwhelmed waitress didn't get it out to us when she should have. The omelet was very good (better if hot), my home fries were a bit on the dry side. Corned beef hash was good, but I'm pretty sure not made from scratch (Canned?). I liked the friendliness of the staff, the place looked very clean, the food was ok, and the price was decent. I didn't like our food not being hot, home fries ahhhh, and no gluten free options. We probably wouldn't come back, but glad we tried it, and the locals seem to love it here.....3.5 stars ”
“ Very happy we found this place! Attentive service, great food and friendly atmosphere. The menu provides a lot of options with reasonable prices. I like the mismatched coffee mugs featuring different tourist spots/destinations, very cute idea! The dining area has about 12 tables and a TV on the wall. We enjoyed sitting in the window while eating our tasty breakfast. Look forward to visiting again soon. ”
